Angela's yoga passion was kindled in her late teens when she was inspired on her own yogic journey by Vilma Galvani's belief that every human being has a divine spark and that the purpose of yoga is to ignite this flame, to bring each person to a higher consciousness.

Angela is an Akhanda yoga teacher having completed her RYS 200 hour teacher training between London and the Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh, India under the instruction of Yog Sundari, Piriamvoada (Ali) and Yogrishi Vishvketu as well as a further 40 hours  Advanced Assisting and Sequencing, 100 hours Conscious Living: An Ayurvedic & Yogic Lifestyle Teacher Training and 100 hours Classical Kundalini Teacher Training each at Anand Prakash Ashram. She continues to develop her knowledge.

Angela is also a Gong Practitioner - training with Sheila Whittaker for a complementary medical association qualification from the College of Sound Healing enabling her to treat clients in a therapeutic setting both on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting. She brings this wonderful healing gift to each of her classes.

Angela's aim is to show people that there is more to yoga than just the physical asanas and to encourage them to concentrate on enriching the mind as well as the body.
